Welcome to SGP South Gate Pool Care. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our pool cleaning services in South Gate, CA and surrounding areas.

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or using any of our pool cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SGP South Gate Pool Care provides professional pool maintenance and cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time and deep pool cleaning
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool filter cleaning and replacement
  • Pool equipment repairs
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

Scheduling and Cancellations

You can schedule services by calling us at (213) 376-0369 or through our online form. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

For weekly service contracts, we require 30 days written notice to cancel or modify your service schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Weekly service customers will be billed monthly, with payment due within 15 days of invoice date.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 30 days past due.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes, and that the work area is clear of obstacles and hazards.

If we are unable to access your property during scheduled service times, you may be charged a trip fee. We are not responsible for missed services due to inaccessibility.

Liability and Insurance

SGP South Gate Pool Care carries general liability insurance for all work performed. We take every precaution to protect your property and complete our work safely and professionally.

You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance on your pool and property. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage that occurs outside the scope of our services.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every visit.

Equipment and Chemical Safety

All chemicals and equipment used are professional-grade and EPA approved. We follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. After chemical treatments, we will inform you of any recommended wait times before swimming.

Weather and Force Majeure

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
